Most of the Upper Mainstream has now moved up to ES Level design. Yet the engineers are not happy because there is an incomplete tool flow.

Intel has made their first decision by heavily funding their Fab program. Intel’s new process development and Fab division is the heart of the company. They made their CEO decision. Now, they have to feed the Fab. You probably need to break up Intel into three parts: Manufacturing, Microprocessor, SoC Platform.
